Who we are
NedCash ("NedCash", "we", "us") operates nedcash.com, a rewards platform where you earn points by playing games, trying apps and answering surveys from third-party offer partners, and redeem those points for PayPal cash, crypto, gift cards or game top-ups. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), optional gender, country and, if you were invited, who referred you. If you sign in with Google we receive your Google account ID, name and email.
- Earning activity: the partners you open, offers you complete, the points ledger (pending, confirmed and reversed rewards) and your cashout history.
- Payout details: the PayPal email, crypto wallet address, Binance Pay ID, FaucetPay email or game ID you enter when you cash out or save a wallet. These are encrypted at rest and shown back to you only in masked form.
- Security signals: IP address, browser and device information, and sign-in history. Paying real money attracts automated abuse; these signals let us keep payouts reliable for genuine members.
- Notifications: if you enable browser notifications, the push subscription your browser gives us so we can tell you when a reward or payout changes.
How we use it
To run your account, credit your rewards, review and send your payouts, prevent fraud and multiple accounts, answer support requests, and improve which partners and offers we show. We never sell your personal data.
Live payouts and Ghost mode
NedCash shows a live feed of recent confirmed rewards. When your rewards appear there, only your first initial and a short fragment are shown (for example R…3) — never your name, email or balance. Turn on Ghost mode from your profile menu or Settings to keep your rewards out of the feed entirely.
Data shared with offer partners
When you open a partner offerwall, we pass a pseudonymous user ID so the partner can report your completions back to us. Partners never receive your email, password or payout details from us. What you do inside a partner's wall is also covered by that partner's own privacy policy.
Payout providers
To pay you, we send the payout amount and the destination you chose to the relevant provider (for example PayPal, Binance, FaucetPay or a gift-card / top-up supplier). Nothing else about your account is shared with them.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Contract (running your account and paying you), legitimate interest (fraud prevention and security), consent (optional cookies and browser notifications) and legal obligation (record-keeping and verification where the law requires it).
Retention
We keep account data while your account is open. After closure, ledger and payout records are kept for up to 5 years as financial records and for dispute resolution; security and fraud-investigation data for up to 12 months after the matter is closed.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict some processing. Deletion is subject to the financial-record obligations above. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
NedCash is for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if we learn we have, we close the account and delete the data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers operate outside your country. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect.
